Events

  • Royal Dutch Economic Association online event - Women in Economics.  February 5 at 16:00.

Three years ago, economics weekly ESB published a special issue about the strong underrepresentation of women in economics . The event on 5 February is devoted to the questions: What progress has been made since then? And what can we learn from experiences abroad? As part of the session, WinE member, Guido Friebel will talk about the real-time online tool to monitor the representation of women in economics across Europe, which was developed with the support of WinE / EEA. EEA-members can register at no cost simply by sending an email to the secretary of the Royal Dutch Economic Association: office.kvs@dnb.nl. Full information on the event here.
