Minorities in Economics

The EEA Standing Committee on Minorities in Economics, known as MinE, was created by the Council of the EEA in 2021. The Committee held their inaugural session during EEA-ESEM 2021.

About

MinE's objective is to support less-represented groups in the economics profession, including, but not limited to, ethnic minorities in Europe , LGBTQ+, and people with disabilities. Our goal is to facilitate and strengthen networking opportunities for disadvantaged individuals, to provide a platform for exchange and sharing of resources, and to spotlight research on minorities. All initiatives of MinE appear on this dedicated web section.
