JEEA Lecture 2024

The 2024 JEEA lecture will be given by Pol Antràs, Harvard University, on Saturday, January 6, during the ASSA Meetings in San Antonio.

The topic of his lecture will be The Uncharted Waters of International Trade. It will be chaired by JEEA Managing Editor, Romain Wacziarg.

In this lecture, Pol will outline some potential avenues for future research for the field of international trade, first reviewing the “charted waters of the field” in the 21st century, and then identifying a few theoretical, empirical and policy areas where he thinks exploration might be particularly productive in the coming years.
