Administrative Board

The Administrative Board prepares and carries out the decisions of the Management Council and of the EEA Members. It is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Association. It consists of the President, the President-Elect, the Vice-President and the Executive Vice-President (who acts as both Secretary and the Treasurer) and the Executive Manager.

The EEA Past President, 3 At-Large members of the Management Council and the JEEA Managing Editor sit in on all decisions of the Administrative Board but they have no administrative powers.

All EEA Presidents are elected by EEA members. The At-Large members are elected by their fellow Council members, while the EEA Executive Vice-President and JEEA Managing Editor are appointed by selection committees.
